Dark chocolate Truffles with mango/passion jelly
A combination of Alphonso mango from India and passion fruit puree filled in 70% cocoa content dark chocolate. The sweet taste of mango is surrounded by the gentle acidity of maracuja. As a finishing touch, we turn the truffles in freeze-dried mango powder. A nice fruity chocolate with real tropical flavour.
