Caramelised white chocolate ganache flavoured with Whiskey-cream liqueur, closed in a thin milk chocolate shell. We finish these truffle balls with finely ground, raw cane sugar from Columbia, which gives a golden look to this pleasant, alcohol enriched chocolate dessert.
