2 fruity versions: Raspberry jelly in dark chocolate shell, covered with freeze-dried raspberry powder. Mango and passion fruit jelly covered with dark chocolate and decorated with freeze-dried mango powder.
2 types with nuts: Salted pistachio filling in a thin layer of milk chocolate, sprinkled with green truffle colouring powder. Milk chocolate gianduja filling with pure hazelnut paste from Piemonte region, filled in a thin layer of snapping dark chocolate ball with cocoa powder finish.
1 truffle with alcohol: Caramelised white chocolate ganache with Whiskey-cream liqueur coated with milk chocolate and finely ground raw cane sugar from Columbia.
